Bluebeam Software, a developer of PDF-based markup and collaboration solutions, is showcasing at Autodesk University in December. The company is presenting on its digital document management systems to attendees.
On display will be Bluebeam’s flagship solution, Bluebeam Revu. This platform allows teams to manage, mark up and share drawing sets of 2D and 3D PDFs. It has a one-button PDF creation plug-in for AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks. Revu is also equipped with built-in measurement tools, revision comparison features and batch linking capabilities.
The company is also displaying Studio, Revu’s integrated collaboration solution. In Studio, users can view and mark up same document sets simultaneously from a desktop, tablet PC or iPad.
“Bluebeam’s digital collaboration solutions empower more efficient, accurate communication between project teams to increase productivity by 60%,” said Kristine Hopkins, vice president of Account Services. “Issues can be identified and resolved before construction teams break ground, and costly rework can be avoided.”
